Anger is a form of pain that takes many forms, both passive and aggressive. This retreat aims to work from the outside-in. It takes participants on an inner journey from the outward expression of anger down, through the mind, into the depths of the soul, offering insights, awareness, and practical solutions to overcome anger along the way. It is based on the principles of observation, reflection, learning, practice, and change.

Hunter Mountain will be the setting for a breathtaking mountain-top race unlike any other, which will begin at the beautiful historic North/South Lake State Park in Haines Falls and encompass the entire mountain top community. This course is hilly and fast; the roads are perfectly suited for speedy aero-dynamic descents with turns while, on the other hand, rolling enough to sit-up and enjoy the gentle beauty of the Catskill Park.

The most important journey you can take is the journey within. This is a journey to the truth of who you really are.

Learn Raja Yoga, a practical and simple form of meditation and spiritual understanding that sets the foundation for ongoing spiritual development.  It is about discovering, exploring and understanding one’s inner world of thoughts, feelings, attitudes, values, and intentions and developing the spiritual skills / inner strength to face the realities of the outer world.  It is the art of bringing inner and outer realities into balance starting from the inside out. Becoming more aware of your internal environment enables you to check, choose and change. You will start to develop a sense of mastery as you recognize the inner resources that you have and your ability and responsibility to use them to create a better quality of life.

You will learn to see the self as a soul … a spiritual being, and you can experience a direct connection and relationship with the Supreme Source of purest energy and highest consciousness. Every soul has a right to experience this ultimate relationship.
